I can't believe it. I've done it again. Looking for a cheap lighter and I see this. Hmm.. I wonder what the name is similar to.... Well.. Let me say things about the lighter. It's really bad. It only goes up 400 degree Celsius. I need 453678 Celsius. Ughhh. Here's my rating more in depth. I see this lighter. "Oh cool!! A lighter that is on my phone. Within the first 24 hours... boom!! It' started smoking. I've done everything correctly. I'm practically flawless. Alright. Lemme put it like this. I go to sleep to get my sleepy times, and my ding dang fire alarm starts going off. WHAT!!! I wake up with a shot of adrenaline and see that my Trigga lighter is smoking soo much.
I check things out.. and turns out... my phone was in my hand!! "What the-" Now I have a 3rd degree hole in my hand!! I saw bone. Now I had to go to the ER, and what did I see? Everybody was also at the hospital reporting their Trigga 3rd degree burns. And.. this is why the Trigga lighter sucks. It's the worst buy ever. Skibidi101lover signing out, bye!!

I ordered 2 lighters for the cell phone. I received cigarette rollers. Never responded to my complaint email.

Customer service was awesome and the lighter itself is amazing :) no problems at all

Bought the trigger lighter for my niece for her cell phone she absolutely loves it she sent me a video of her sparking up a blunt with it outside in the wind. The low profile of the lighter worked really good on her cell phone and wasn't a hindrance in her pocket.
